Brand new house with spacious room, utensil and linen is provided for each room, public facilities is very thoughtful. And Rempstone also provides weekly cleaning service which is important to us as a boarding house. Their property manager care tenants, respond to each tenant in time. That is my best renting experience during my study abroad in Christchurch.
