● Landlords can currently terminate tenancies in accordance with the usual termination rules.
● The rent increase freeze applies until 25 September 2020.
● Moving house, property viewings (including open homes), and maintenance and inspections can occur if these take place within an Alert Level 2 area.
● Individuals in an Alert Level 2 area cannot move house to (or travel to inspect a property or a potential property in) an Alert Level 3 area.
